Here is our process: you call us with your make of
turbocharger part number, found directly off the turbo itself, either on the
intake or exhaust side of the compressor housing; either stamped, cast, or
tagged on the turbo. If there are a slew of numbers, please write them
down, and call us to read them back to us verbatim. We will check our
stock for your number and tell you the outright price if you have no core for
exchange and the price for exchange for your core, which you will send to us, in
order to receive your discounted price. There is every chance we have that
turbo in stock, boxed, in
 quantities.
We can send you our box that day. You can use our box to return your used
turbocharger core and we will never charge you any core charge at all. We
will only charge you the core charge if you don't have a core for exchange.
Don't worry what condition your core is in. We take them in all forms of
condition. Bottom line is, we need your core back and that's the reason
our price is so low for your turbo.
